RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

 

All returns / exchanges MUST be received within 14 days of ship dates, have a copy of the invoice, have a copy of our RETURN FORM, must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as originally shipped, which includes not having been mounted or used.

 

Items that have been installed are NOT returnable.

 

Any items that have been received that do not meet these guidelines or are received after 14 days from ship date, will be refused or returned at buyer’s expense.

We do not accept C.O.D. shipments.

 

Any claims for missing or insured items must be made within 14 days.

 

For items received back within 14 days of the ship date. We will refund the returned item(s) minus shipping, handling and insurance charges.

Please package the item carefully, as we cannot give credit for products that become damaged during the return to us.   We strongly recommend using an insured carrier.

 
RECEIVED DAMAGE POLICY

 

Inspect your shipment upon arrival.   We ship insured (unless otherwise requested).  If shipment arrives damaged, contact us immediately.  DO NOT return item unless instructed by us.  Carrier may require inspection of box, packing material and product.  DO NOT DISCARD THEM.

 

(NOTE: You must supply photos of box and damaged item, in order for us to process your claim.)

 

We do not reimburse shipping costs
